She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Worthington and Mary Worthington. She is survived by: her husband Junior Cagle; her children, Teresa Card (Joe), Debbie Norris (Troy), Ginger Seabolt (Frank) and Jimmy Harper; and her grandchildren, Troy Lee, Alex, Cody, Jay, Zack and Whitney. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
