He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Rhinehart and Lucille Rhinehart; and his sister Gail Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Justice Rhinehart; his children, Melissa Toran (Andre), Morgan Chastain, Tracy Hilliard and Patton Hilliard (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Raven Holloway, Jaxon Holloway, Darby Freeman, Amber Richardson and Karen Richardson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
