Oglethorpe, GA, Leanne Goins of Ringgold, GA, Donna Goins of Rossville and Jerry Goins of Rossville, GA; and his siblings, Carolyn Howard (Darrel) of Fairview, GA, Hazel Morgan (Roy) of Rossville, Lonnie Goins (Rita) of Chickamauga, GA, Ronnie Goins (Karen) of Chickamauga, GA, David Goins of Rossville, GA and Jimmy Goins of Chickamauga, GA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
