It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Faye Shaw of Rossville, Georgia, born in Valley Head, Alabama, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Odus Palmer and Willie Mae Palmer; and her siblings, Richard, Billy, AJ Palmer and Gustava Dover (Jane).
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Shaw of Rossville and Leif Shaw (Elizabeth) of Marietta, GA; her grandchildren, Madison, Banks, Caroline, Shelby and Walker; her close friend Ross Nichols of Rock Springs, GA; and her brother Benny Palmer of Valley Head, AL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
