He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Dunwoody and Maude Dunwoody; his daughter Donna Dunwoody Gilreath; and his sister Lavanda Reeves. He is survived by: his son Kevin Dunwoody (Ashley); his siblings, Steve Dunwoody (Debra), Judy Bancroft (Ray), Linda Guinn and Debbie Scott (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Kevin "K. J." Dunwoody Jr. and Anna Grace Gilreath. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
