She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Neal, Paul Neal (Candice) and Stephanie Goodman; her boyfriend Joe "Petie" Smith; her grandchildren, Kannen Derryberry, Baleigh Smith, "Lou" Neal of Kansas and Alex Ervin; her siblings, Rick Potter, Linda Vaughn, Rebecca Owen and Lisa Potter; and her half-sisters, Tammy Jewell Cohen, Carrie Shaffer and Tina Griffin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
