He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Goins and Dorothy L. Goins; and his siblings, Joann Richey, John Butler, Donnie Goins and Danny Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Goins; his children, Rodney Goins and Amber Faith Goins; and his grandson Bryce Goins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Mercy Ridge Church (432 S Mack Smith Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
