He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hershel Haley and Joyce Hobbs Haley; and his great-niece Kyndal McElhiney. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Morin Haley; his grandchildren, Madison Hartley, Kameron Hartley, Bella Morris, Ellie Morris and Maddox Cole Haley; and his siblings, Randal Haley (Gloria), Tony Haley (Gloria), Johnny Haley (Denise) and Judy Cowen (Stan).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741).
