He was predeceased by: his parents, Arcy Worley and Catherine Worley; his wife Sue; and his brothers, Donald and Fred Worley.

He is survived by: his son Chuck Worley (Donna); his sisters, Etta Myers and Robbie Worley; his grandchildren, Joshua Worley (Erika), Libby Hawthorne (Harrison), Ashley Horsley, Jacob Smith and Christy Smith; his stepdaughter Jennifer Evans; and his former wife Pat Heaps. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
