He is survived by: his wife Barbara Morton; his daughter Angie Bishop (David); his granddaughter Megan Bush; his sisters, Brenda Sadler (Dwight) and Frances Smith; his nieces, Lisa Clark (William), Tina Pennell (Brandon), Sarah Lucas (Donald) and Charlotte Sadler (Bruce Tilman); his nephew Steve Plemons; and his close friend Bret Douglas.
