He is survived by: his wife Doris Lusk; his daughter Heather Lusk Shutting (Patrick Shutting); his siblings, Clark Lusk (Michelle), Brooke Stanfill (Shane) and Kim Hardeman (Mike); and his grandchildren, Hailie Harvey, Brayden Harvey, Kara Armstrong, David Armstrong and Skylar Potter.
