He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Melvin Justice and Hattie Mae Smith Justice; and his wife Margie Justice. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Bonnie Dempster (Ty) and Matthew Justice (Maggie). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; along with a niece and a nephew.
