Palmer, Jr. (Gina) and Robert Stacey Palmer (Jennifer); her grandson Johnathan Bilyeu (Savannah); and her great grandchild JT Bilyeu, Jr..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Lane Funeral Home - South Crest Chapel (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park (724 Hogan Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
