He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Cooley and Eva Cooley; his wife Jean Cooley; and his children, Billie Cooley, Jr. and Sherrie Cooley Graham.

He is survived by: his daughter Debby Smith (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Jenna Ankar (Ronny), Jennifer Toomey (Mark), Tera Cooley, Amber Najberg (Andrew) and Tyler Graham. He is also survived by dad, and grandfather and had many special friends.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Hospital or Hospice of Chattanooga.
