He was predeceased by: his former wife Charlotte Faye Middleton Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Carroll Fletcher; and his sons, William "Karl" Fletcher and James Walter "Jim" Fletcher. He is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
