He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin L. Shaw II and Ada Mae Shaw; his daughter Donna Shaw; and his siblings, Robert Shaw and Frances Trotter.
He is survived by: his wife Judy V. Shaw; his son Glenn; his daughter-in-law Kelly Shaw; his daughter Georgia Benson; his sisters, Dianne McCardell and Mary Helen Allen; his grandchildren, Hayley Maynard (Chris), Briley Shaw and Vince Childers; and his great grandchildren, Charley and Cutter Maynard. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
