He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Boatwright; his children, Kimberly Ann Johnston and Jeffrey Boatwright; and his siblings, Charles, Irvin O. Boatwright, Mary Evans and Wilma Gray.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Boatwright and Tim Boatwright (Alea); and his siblings, James Boatwright, Estelle Sechler and Ruby Pierce. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
