It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Harold Hendrixson of Rossville, Georgia, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Elmer and Frances Mae Churchill Hendrixson; his daughter Judith Ann Gamble; and his sisters, Lois Newkirk and Ellen Davidson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Hendrixson of Rossville; and his children, Lawrence Harold Hendrixson (Lora) of Orlando, FL, Peggy Diane Denham (John) of Ooltewah and Barbara Lynn McNabb. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church in Chattanooga, The Wounded Warrior Project or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
