It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandy Bell Mosley of Roopville, Georgia, born in Carrollton, Georgia, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Bell and Mary Harper Bell; and her husband Tony Ray Mosley. She is survived by: her sons, Ashley Mosley and Justin (Katie Mosley); her pet Chloe; and her brother-in-law Randy Mosley.
