He is survived by: his parent Earleen Huff Harper; his children, Scott Harper, Lisa Harper of Newnan, Brian Harper, Renea Harper of Newnan, John Ivey, Kristy Ivey of Senoia, Sharon Rutledge of Acworth, Crystal Harcrow, Jeremy Harcrow of Roopville and Josh Harper of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Jessalyn Haake, Jon Haake, Corey Harper of Newnan, Katie Howington of Hampton, GA, Courtney Blevins, Elliot Blevins of Gay, GA, Christian Howell of Roopville, Hunter Harper of Hampton, GA, Izabella Harcrow of Roopville, Austin Harper of Hampton, GA and Zane Rutledge of Acworth, GA; and his sisters, Diedra Thompson of Carrollton and Sandra McCoy of Kennesaw.
