He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzo Cash and Eva Lou Powers Cash; and his siblings, John L. Cash, James M. Cash and Mary Nell Henderson.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Nicole Cash Perrin; his wife Cassandra Moran Cash; and his children, Donald Ray Cash, Sharon Cash Maners, Chandra Cash George, Danny Bray and Karey Keith Bray. He is also survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
