He was predeceased by: his father Randy Austin Yates; and his grandfather Hugh Lee Tuggle. He is survived by: his mother Muriel Abbott Tuggle Yates; his wife Andrea Hand Yates; his daughter Kayleigh Ava Yates; his brother Caleb Yates; his nieces, Jasmine, Lilly and Piper Yates; his grandmother Lunell Tuggle; his aunts, Sheila (Fred Thomas), Regina (Rob Rowley) and Karen (Vic Holcombe); and his uncle Harlan Tuggle. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
