She was predeceased by: her parents, David Marion Gentry and Hester Leigh Shoemake Gentry; her husband John Vinson Todd, Jr.; her son John David Todd; her grandson Joshua Adam Hill; and her siblings, Clarice Crumbley, Jonnie Coleman and Jimmy Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Caraveo (Andres) of Roopville, Ellen Hill (Gordon) of Roopville, Janet Privett of Roopville and Mike Todd (Tabitha) of Veal; her sisters, Ruby Wiggins (John) of Roopville, Jackie Roberts of Atlanta and Ella Gwyn Jackson of North Carolina; and her brother-in-law Bobby Coleman of Roopville. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
