He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Benford Bell and Octavia Denney Bell; his wife Millie A. Bell; and his siblings, Wilton Bell, Winell Morgan and Jean Hubbard.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith William Bell (Hope) of Locust Grove, Chris Bell (Kellie) of Roopville and Mike Bell (Brenda) of McDonough, Georgia; his grandchildren, Christopher Bell, Ashley Chatley (Scott), Delaney Bell and Adelyn Bell; and his great grandchild McKenzie Alexandria Chatley.
