He is survived by: his partner Etheleene Freeman; his sons, Jamie (Anne Carswell) and Shane (Nikki Fuller); his grandchildren, Sarah Claire Carswell, Lacey Carswell, Katy Fuller and Mary Beth Fuller; and his sisters, Linda Sue Carswell of Graceville and Sarah Ann Madden of Alpine, California..
