He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Vaughn and Edna Lottie Phillips Vaughn; and his daughter-in-law Mashelle Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Jonnie Vaughn; his daughter Connie; his son-in-law Tony Andrews of College Park; his son Ron Vaughn of Carrollton; his granddaughter Haley Vaughn; and his sisters, Diane (Jerry Williamson), Mary Butterworth and Cheryl (Calvin Hudson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
