He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Smith of Heflin and Jason Smith (Heather) of Clermont, GA; and his siblings, Judy Lepard of Roopville, David Smith of Carrollton and Mardis Smith of Glenloch. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
