He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wesley and Pauline Latta; and his uncle Neal Latta. He is survived by: his parent William Wesley Latta, III; his sister Chelsea Paschal (Jarrett); his nieces and nephews, Avery and Weston of Athens, GA; his aunts, Karen Kruger-Cook of Rome, GA and Melissa Akins (Roger); his cousins, Brittney and Jennifer of Hiram, GA; his half-sisters, Michelle Stann (Brian) of Alpharetta, GA, Kerry Kelly and Kimberly Lloyd; and his sons, Jarrett Paschal, Roger Akins, Levi Matthews, LaWayne Latta, Clay Koehler, Cody Reeves, Brian Stann and Porter Payne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oaknoll Chapel (2542 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
