He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Wayne Trotter and Mabel Eunice Goss Trotter; his wife Elice Trotter; his son Steve Trotter; his siblings, James Trotter, Bill Trotter, Alvin Trotter, Arthur Trotter, Nellie Prince and Lorene Broome; and his children, Melinda Ann Abney (Alan), Stacey Jones Carter (Charles) and Mike Marable (Tammy).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aron Trotter, Eric Trotter, Brandi Matthews, Josh Jones and Mike Marable Jr. Wayne; and his siblings, Marshal Trotter and Patti Headrick (Ron).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel (2750 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165).
