He is survived by: his wife Carol Ayers Richards; his children, Eric Cardenas, John David Richards (Erin), Bryson Rainey (Lexi), Lukas Richards and Anna McElwee (Casen); his mother Annie Davis Richards; his brother Danny Ray Richards; and his grandchildren, Meridith Richards, Deegan Richards and Valerie McElwee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home (230 S College St, Cedartown, GA 30125). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
