She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Tipton and Lexi Tipton; her daughter Carrie Tucker; and her brother William Tipton. She is survived by: her husband Bob Morgan; her children, Tom Wolfe, Angel Simms (Britt), Robert Morgan (Tiffany) and Dani Hammond (Sam); her grandchildren, Stefan Timmons, Sydney Lowrance (Austin), Evan Simms (Taylor Harris), Lainey Simms (Sean Brown), Claire Tucker, Layla Morgan, Norah Lea Hammond and Eli Hammond; her great grandchildren, Caden Lowrance and Natalie Lowrance; and her siblings, Faye Lovingood (Boyd), Claude Tipton, Henry Tipton (Vickie) and Joe Tipton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (3000 Garden Lakes NW Blvd, Rome, GA 30165).
