He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Kimble Bolt, Sr. and Eunice Imogene Atchley Prevatte; and his siblings, Wayne Bolt, Jean Nichols, Judy Bennett, Shirley Estes, Debra Chance, Wayne Prevatte and Carla Belk.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pittman Bolt; his daughter Shannon Bolt Watters (Kyle); his grandson Hunter Watters; and his siblings, Kim Bolt, Sherry Barnes, Susan Reynolds and Cristi Beehn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
