He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gilbert Davenport and Katie Elizabeth Wilkins Davenport; his wife Emline Boozer Davenport; his daughter Janet Karen Eve Davenport; and his siblings, Harrison Lee Davenport, Clarence Gilbert Davenport and Cathryn Geneva Sutherland.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth Earl Davenport (Jennifer); his grandsons, Kenneth Anthony Davenport (Leigh) and Jonathan Davenport (Stephanie); and his brother Rev. Rayford Davenport. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Oaknoll Chapel (2542 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens (2549 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165).
