He is survived by: his children, Heather Johnson, Sierra Phillips (Green) and Lucas Green; his grandsons, Andrew "Drew" Phillips and Austin Phillips; his former wife Lauri Green; his stepmother June Green; his siblings, Kim Hoppes, Allison Rowland, Adriane Robinson and Barry Green; and his friends, Don Langston and Tommy Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
