He is survived by: his wife Melva Hailman Cooper; his brother Alan Wynn Cooper; his brother-in-law Richard Louis Balducci of Baltimore, MD; his sister Catherine Lane Cooper of Charlotte, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Alice Williamson Jones (Heath), Jewell of Raleigh, NC, Samuel Cooper Williamson (Linda), Bennett of Peachtree City, GA, Clara of Peachtree City, GA and Maxwell of Peachtree City, GA. He is also survived by children, and neighbor children.
