With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Jane Terry (Rome, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Authur Byess; and her husband Jerry Terry. She is survived by: her children, Austin Byess, Matthew Terry, Robin Smith and Krissie Jarrett; her grandsons, Brandon Byess and Blake Byess; and her siblings, Lilly Hill, Johnny Byess, Michael Byess and Albert Byess.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home (2750 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Her kindness was not conditional, nor her charity sparing, as she gave as though the well of her goodness was infinite.
