He was predeceased by: his parents, Hesler Wallace and Zuma Lucille Isham Wallace; his wives, Effie Mary Wallace, Ida Eden Wallace and Patricia Wallace; and his granddaughter Channing Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Nell Bailey of Rome, Nancy Humphries (William) of Rome, Angela Evans (Chuck) of Kingston and Michael Wallace (Darlene) of Rome; his grandchildren, Andrea Kernes, Paul Wallace (Donna), Michael Evans, Matthew Evans (Meredith), Caleb Evans (Kayla), Marshall Bailey (Beth), Brandy Combs (Jason), Stacy Clark (Bryan) and Jennifer Bowden (Chuck); and his siblings, Mary Frances Boyd of Rome, Sarah Hann of Woodstock, GA, Bobby Wallace of Woodstock, GA and JD Wallace. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; 12 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Salmon Funeral Home (2516 New Calhoun Hwy NE, Rome, GA 30161). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Oostanaula Methodist Church (74 Battey Farm Rd NE, Rome, GA 30161).
