He is survived by: his wife Georgetta Crowson Duncan of Rome; his children, Eddie Allen of Brunswick, Thomas Allen of Rome, Maranda Inman of Texas and Roy Inman of South Carolina; his siblings, Linda Johns of Texas, Timothy Allen, Jackie of Brunswick and Greg Allen of Jesup; his grandchildren, Joey Allen, Madison Inman, Elizabeth Finnell and Caden Finnell; and his great grandchild Cooper Gatewood. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
