He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin Chambers and Katherine Floyd Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Sherryl Milstead; his sons, Randall O. Chambers and Cody Crawley of Camp Lejeune, NC; and his brother George Rodney Chambers (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
