She was predeceased by: her parents, Coleman Franks Lipham and Myrtle Elizabeth Walker Lipham; her husband Felix H.'Tag'Carter; her sister Frances Louise Lipham Kines; and her granddaughter Whitney Ann Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Carter (Sundi) of Rockmart, Laura Phillips (Tommy) of Rome and Andrea Taylor (Ricky) of St. Petersburg, Florida..
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens (2549 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165).
