She is survived by: her children, Stephen David Jacks (Ann Jacks), Donna Marlene Mattos and Rebecca Ann Jones (Chris Jones); her grandsons, Stephen Mansfield and Mark Jacks; her great grandchild Bryce Mansfield; her brother Thomas "Tommy" Edward Green; and her grandson Ryan Jones.
