She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Tanner and Edna Harris Tanner; and her siblings, Arthur, James, Daniel Tanner, Tressie Tanner and Yvonne Tanner.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Johnny Lawrence, Lawrence Highfield and Johnny Highfield; her sister Edna Allen; her husband Jessie Barroso; her children, Terry Highfield, Gary Highfield, Janice Reynolds and Melissa Alexander; and her caregiver Aide. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
