He was predeceased by : his parents, Lon Ed Adams and Betty Jo Cherry; and his brother Michael Anthony. He is survived by : his wife Karen Lenette Penn-Adams; his children, Shamika Williams (Jeffery), Terrence Clowers, Chance McClinic (Whitney), LeKrysta Trammell and Jamaris Adams (Carrigan); his siblings, John Anthony, Terry Anthony, Larry Anthony, Sharon Adams and Janice Foster; and his close friends, Tony Munford, Eric Montgomery and Carey Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
