With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Ann Simpson of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Conn Payne and Annie Irene Payne; and the father of her children Jack Simpson. She is survived by: her children, Barry Simpson (Robin), Sherri Stowers (Michael) and Sonny Bearden (Richie); her grandchildren, Bryant Simpson, Haley Cagle (Jesse) and Brody Bearden; her great grandchildren, Rowan Cagle and Auria Cagle; her siblings, Shirley Howard (Charlie Youngblood), Bonnie Holdon and Creig Payne (Linda); and her pet McKenzie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oaknoll Chapel (2542 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel (2542 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165).
