He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Zazzaro and Adeline Colantino Zazzaro. He is survived by: his wife Bethany "Bebe" Zazzaro; his sons, Colin of Rome and Casey Zazzaro of Rome; his siblings, Roxanne Zazzaro of Cottontown, TN and Rocky Zazzaro (Kim) of Cottontown, TN; his niece Chloe Neilson; and his nephews, Patrick Zazzaro (Sheldyn), Thomas Zazzaro and Christian Neilson.
