He is survived by: his wife Grace Sassone Rush; his daughter Cassie Hellriegel (Drew); his grandson Bennett James Hellriegel; and his siblings, Ann Turner, Don Rush, Jr. and Gary Rush. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
