As Glenda Jean Pilgrim departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Glenda Jean Pilgrim. Though Glenda Jean Pilgrim may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Pilgrim and Lucille Atkins Pilgrim; her husband Lawrence Hardegree; and her siblings, Raymond Pilgrim and Mary Minter.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Deaton (John), David Hardegree (Sherri) and Mark Hardegree (Michelle); and her brothers, Grover Pilgrim, James Pilgrim and Grady Pilgrim. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
