It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Mae McBurnett Dodd (Rome, Georgia), who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McBurnett and Susie Pyle McBurnett; her husband Albert Preston Dodd; and her brothers, Jerry and Alan McBurnett.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina Blair (Hal); her granddaughters, Samantha Lawson and Jennifer Willis; her great grandchildren, Boston Marie Carter, Waylon Carter and Jack Miles; and her stepchildren, Angie Dodd, Bryant Dodd, Stephen Dodd, Danny Dodd, Kelley Dodd and Paul Dodd. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, and step great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
