She was predeceased by: her parents, Murton Scott and Tennie Boswell Scott; her husband Charles W. Hamilton; her grandson Ty York; her son-in-law Gary York; and her siblings, Rebecca Scoggins, Rosa Lee Landrum, Miles Scott, Wilburn Scott, Wofford Scott and Clarence Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa York and Mike; her daughter-in-law Dr. Sue Hamilton; her granddaughter Leigh (Sean Gregory); her great grandchildren, Clara, Shelby, Zion and Autumn; and her great great grandchild Lennon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Calvary Student Ministries, 101 Broadus Road, Rome, GA 30161.
