He is survived by: his father Charles Don Chupp, Sr. of Rome, GA.; his wife Joy Rochester Chupp of Rome, GA; his daughters, Mary Elizabeth Johns (Brandon) and Hannah Addis (Chris); his grandchildren, Hudson Johns, Asher Johns and Clementine Addis; his brother David Chupp (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Fran Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial donations be made to either Haven Health Clinic for Women or Northside Church Mission Fund.
